I hadn’t been to a dentist in many years before today - this was something I was nervous about doing but finally did when I saw the great reviews.
Everyone in the office is very nice, after I booked my appointment they called me to confirm my insurance information so they could get it squared away before I even came for my appointment so I would know what my coverage would look like. When I arrived I filled out paperwork all the normal stuff including some questions related to dental anxiety.
When I got in with my hygienist she went over my paperwork with me and asked me more about my nervousness and made a point to explain everything to me and do what she can to help the nerves! The doctor came in later and did her exam and didn’t make me feel like she was rushing.
This office was great! I didn’t feel judged or rushed and they did everything to make sure I was comfortable in the experience.

Dr Arzinger was very knowledgeable & friendly, as was the entire staff! I felt they were thorough & caring. The facility was clean & they used advanced technology. I would note that I filled out several pages of paperwork (outside of zocdoc) ahead of the visit & emailed it as requested, but I still had to fill it in when I walked in. Not a big deal but probably caused delay.

I couldn't have been more impressed and comfortable in a new dentist environment. Was in a lot of pain and had to find a local dentist as I didn't have one since moving and they were amazing. Very transparent on pricing as I didn't have dental insurance. I didn't feel uncomfortable or judged and felt very comfortable. Definitely making them my primary dentist all around great staff thank you!
