Professional, fast, great job all around! It's a small office, so I was the only patient during my visit, which was a bonus. I would definitely come back for another visit. Prices are very reasonable, even without any insurance.

I'm thinking maybe this office just opened up and that'd explain why things were unsatisfactory but either way, I'm not going to see Dr. Hickey again. I was called 4 different times regarding my appointment which is simply ridiculous. I understand mixups happen but they should be rectified ahead of time - not the day of! I was seen by the hygienist first and though she was sweet, I'm not entirely sure she knew what she was doing. She seemed really inexperienced and unsure of herself and I don't think my teeth were sufficiently cleaned. I mean, she didn't even floss my teeth!! I was with Dr. Hickey for all of about 5 minutes and the exam was a quick glance in my mouth, a prod of a tooth and that's it. All in all I was in and out of the door in 25 minutes which is just absurd. I spend an hour at my normal dentist's office so no way did this office do a thorough job. I used a Groupon and couldn't help feeling that I was skimped on good service because of it. I had hoped this could be my new local dentist but I'll have to keep looking.

I bought a groupon for a cleaning/dental exam/xrays and needed to use it before it expired. She clearly didn't want to do the xrays (which I was okay with if I didn't actually need them, even if it was included in the price) so I got a cleaning/exam. The whole thing was rushed, I was clearly the last appointment of the day and they wanted to get out of there, and as a result it didn't feel very thorough. I was in and out in like 15 mins. Best part was overhearing her complain about the groupon deals on my way out.

Very nice, clean office in the bottom floor of a brownstone. It's a small place with only one room (I think), and they seem to not overbook. They seemed to really want to make sure I was seen on time.
The cleaning was fine, quick, but not as thorough as other places (no flossing). They were very nice, but the dentist and her assistant are very chatty and ask you questions that are impossible to answer because they have sharp tools in your mouth.

Comprehensive and efficient visit. Received quick diagnosis and treatment. I appreciated her directness and advice. Little rough on the actual cleaning but I am sensitive and it was over quickly so it was OK. I would go back in the future.

This was my first visit with Dr. Hickey and I will be back! I have found my dentist. Just told all of my friends. The office is neat, chic, and pleasant. Dr. Hickey and Irene are both lovely, and my teeth look great. Also, as an added plus, NO pain!
