Dr. Karzen is very professional, has a good bedside manner, and wants to provide the best care she can. She makes excellent recommendations for treatment as well as preventative care. I would definitely recommend Dr. Karzen as she is practicing good medicine and her and her staff are just lovely.

Everyone at the office were very nice, and I think the dentist did a good job on my teeth, but it felt like they were trying to rip me off. I did not automatically get an itemized bill when I left the office.The amount that I had paid did not match up with what the charge schedule said I should pay, still the office was reluctant to provide an itemized receipt and ultimately never did. The only way I can make sense of the bill is that I got the most expensive possible option without being presented with the alternatives. Finally, my cleaning was upgraded from the ordinary cleaning that I had agreed to, to a "thorough" cleaning which, of course, cost a little more. That doesn't really matter, but I left wondering whether I even needed the expensive main procedure that I got, or if that was just to make more money for the dentist.

Have been going to this dentist for close to 10 years. The whole family goes there, the kids love her and her staff, they are very caring, remember prior conversations and events from the past. Feels like family
Also before they do any work on you Josie will give you the cost it will be for you so you decide if you want to do it or not

I waited 40 min. before being seen. I learned about deep cleanings for the first time ever! I There was maybe 1 other person in the office when I arrived. Had I known that I would not be seen for at least 30 min. I may have rescheduled. Hygenist and dentist were professional.

She is an incredible Dentist. She is polite, understanding, very down to earth. She explained everything to me in a way that made it easy to understand. Her location/office is great and her staff is very competent. I will definitely be returning for my 6 month visit. Looking forward to it!

Dr. Karzen was very nice and professional. She gave me a second opinion on an expensive procedure another dentist had given me. Turns out I only needed an inexpensive filling and not an $800 procedure. The techs are great as well, very gentle and sweet! I am definitely going to recommend this office to friends and family and will be going back!
