The girl who took my exrays was not very attentive, the devices were too large for my mouth, she forcefully removed them hurting my jaw. They were pushy about doing a cleaning when I went for an issue with my back molar He did a bad job of explaining why my tooth had an issue only that I needed a root canal but did not tell me why I needed one, when I asked why the problem occurred he said I don't know I went back a second day because they told me I had three cavities, the numbing they used did not work, I felt everything He told me to raise my hand if I could feel it and he would stop however he did not stop he just kept going and it did not feel nice. When I received my claim for the visits it told me their office was out of network however the two times I was in the office they told me they accepted my insurance and did not say anything about it being out of network this was disingenuous of them I will not be coming back and I also would not recommend this office

The doctor showed up to the office after I did, which wasn't a good look in my opinion. He showed up 3 minutes after my appointment time was scheduled and there was another person in the waiting room once I got there. Once I was called back I waited more than 30 minutes to be seen and considered walking out of my appointment right before the doctor showed up. He decided on a plan for the problems I was facing, and I wasn't satisfied with the plan, but I did not express that to the doctor so I'm not sure if he would or would not have compromised with me.

The flow of the office was well coordinated and the staff was professional and kind. Communication was seamless and the doctor’s communication with his recommendations was clear and descriptive. A very good experience.
