Meet Dr. P. Kesari and her staff. Dr. Kesari is part of a Chester County tradition of dental comfort and care. She has dedicated her professional career to providing you with the best that dentistry has to offer. You will appreciate the warm and caring manner offered in a superior clinical and diagnostic setting. Dr. Kesari is a 1992 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She has received the International Dentist Award for Academic and Clinical Excellence from the University of Pennsylvania and is a prestigious Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.
In her continuing education, Dr. Kesari has completed courses in implant dentistry, advanced root canal treatment, and cosmetic dentistry, which includes aesthetic veneers, bonding, and porcelain crowns. She is a valued member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Extremely bad experience with this doctor. She is not really looking to help, just to charge as much as possible. As soon as she have seen that there is limited amount to charge she preferred to make referral elsewhere.

Had broken tooth while traveling - was able to get an appointment showed up early and was actually seen an hour before my original appointment. Doc stopped the immediate pain, Clear explanation of my options - but in the end decided to wait until I'm home for complete treatment as it would have to take place on multiple days.

My visit was great!! I had pain in my wisdom tooth and was a first time patient. I drove from over an hour away and they were able to schedule me for a tooth extraction that went well enough for what was. I would 100% recommend this dentist office they were greattttt!!!!!

I was disappointed with my recent visit. The dentist herself spent less than 30 seconds with me. All of the procedures, including the X-ray and answering my questions, were handled entirely nurse. When the doctor finally came in, she gave me a quick 10-second explanation and simply said I needed a guard, without asking about my concerns or discussing the situation in detail. I expected more engagement and care from the doctor directly.

The office was friendly & clean. The staff was professional and explained how my visit would go and where the restroom was- very important! Dr. Kesari thoroughly evaluated my teeth and answered any questions I had. I was able to get x-rays taken and the hygienist was thorough and informative as to ways I could improve the health of the teeth and my home care routine. Checkout was quick and I was able to get a 6-month return appointment. I definitely will be back and am considering some further treatment options suggested by Dr. Kesari. I like the fact that they can do crowns in-house and have a panoramic dental X-ray machine.

Dr. Kasari does not respect her patients' pain. I was in a lot of pain during a filling (which should be painless) and she actually told me "I'm almost done" and pressured me to finish the procedure without more novocaine. At one point I raised my hand and made sounds indicated that she needed to stop and she continued drilling for several more seconds. Tears were streaming down the side of my face and Dr. Kasari just seemed to want to get the procedure over as soon as possible. I've never had pain after a cavity filling in the past, but as I'm writing this (3 hours after my procedure) my face is swollen and my jaw is throbbing where she injected the novocaine. I've had multiple cavities filled at other dentists and never experienced this kind of pain during or after the procedure.

I was greeted by Crystal who is incredible friendly. Monica was awesome with cleaning my teeth and making me feel comfortable.
Dr. Kesari is knowledgeable and explains everything to you in understandable terms. She took the time fully go over my dental health, and presented several options on how to improve my teeth and all this is done in a professional and positive manner.
