Terrible wait time, even with appointment. I waited in lobby for over an hour with only three patient ahead of me from when I arrived. Office was overbooked and understaffed. However, the team was nice. I felt bad for the doctor he was working so hard without a lunch break.

Today I had the best experience at a dentists' office. The staff was great but Dr. Manickam is truly a jewel. She is an expert at what she does. I had no fear or anxious feelings. She explained everything she was doing, and even the novacaine was minimal discomfort. She is great! (The gal who did my temporary crown was very proffession and good too).
