We were very pleased with Grand Traverse. This was our initial visit. It was easy to make an appointment. Reception was courteous. The hygenist was efficient and cordial. Dr. Kelly's exam was thorough and professional. We are very happy to establish this dental facility as our dental care providers.

Considering that I was able to schedule an appointment even though they were closed, I was very upset when I showed up to a locked office. I didn’t get called and my appointment was never canceled so I’m disappointed and annoyed to say the least.
