Dr. Epstein is always thorough in his work and the results show it. Unlike some experienced dentists, Dr. Epstein stays ahead of the curve on the latest technology, methods and solutions. He explains what he's doing at every step and shares photos and video to help the patient see what's happening, why it's happening and what is being done about it. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
I recommend Dr. Epstein to anyone who seeks the best.

This was the first time that I had seen Dr. Epstein; I normally see another dentist at the same practice, whom I have had a great experience with. My mouth is not perfect and will need a variety of fixes over the course of my lifetime to repair old metal fillings and decay--I know this. However, within the first 5 minutes of having met me and opened my mouth, Dr. Epstein declared that I would need numerous fixes, with no reference to a workable timeline or financial timeline of how to do this. Simply, that "he wouldn't walk around with those teeth". He also jumped to suggesting that I should get invisalign to fix the small shifts in my teeth, before even asking if I was comfortable with how my smile looked currently (I feel no pain and no person besides a dentist would comment on its aesthetic). As someone who had braces for 4 years and wore a retainer for 6-7 years, I understand the importance of teeth alignment, but rushing in with proclamations instead of offering options while trying to assess my personal situation is unacceptable. Further, when I asked about the finances of several procedures (not insurance, but baseline as I understand my coverage & applicability), Dr. Epstein didn't know until after he had already offered the procedures and had to check with the front desk after I repeatedly asked. My mouth is important to me and I will have the procedures I need to have done in a timely manner, but I would expect my dentist to have a better bedside manner in explaining these procedures and timelines to me. This is all after I arrived 10 minutes early and waited another 20 minutes to be seen, and then after the hygienist had completed her cleaning (she was lovely, understanding, informative, and helpful), another 10-15 minutes to be seen by Dr. Epstein. He is clearly a knowledgeable dentist who has a lot of practice in dental work. However, his quick introduction and exit did not make me feel any more inclined to dentists. I would leave the practice if I did not appreciate the hygienists and my regular dentist as much as I do.

Dr Epstein is great !!! Phenomenal skills, honest and extremely knowledgeable. The staff couldn't be better and the office is very clean, comfortable and beautiful. I'll never change my dentist !!!!
