I thought my initial visit was for a checkup & cleaning. However, they pushed for a FULL set of X-rays when I had X-rays just 6 months prior with my former dentist; they then were going to schedule the cleaning for a second visit….until I insisted on having it within the same first appointment. I did not experience “the compassionate patient care” that I had always received with my previous Dental office.
Unfortunately, due to a change in my insurance, I left his practice.
I would like to, however, commend Tasha, the Hygienist, who was professional, informative, knowledgeable and quite competent with her craft. I was grateful that she was available for the cleaning. Thank you.
