I went for a cleaning. She was great and gentle. There were some concerns I had that she was able to clarify and give me recommendations for. I will definitely be returning to her when i due for a next cleaning. The office space was very clean and welcoming, and the staff was really kind and warm.

Dr. Krista McKenzie earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2009. During her studies at NYU she was selected to work in the prestigious Rosenthal Institute of Aesthetic Dentistry and also serve as an Assistant Clinical Teacher. Following graduation, she completed a General Practice Residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital where she was awarded the Clinical Research Award for her presentation on the practice of modern and “green” environmentally friendly dentistry.
In keeping with her passion for cosmetic dentistry and smile rehabilitation, Dr. McKenzie is a participant in the Advanced Aesthetic program at NYU. Her expertise in cosmetic dentistry encompasses many procedures including veneers, Invisalign, direct bonding, and implant restorations all while focusing on optimizing dental health, patient comfort and satisfaction.
Dr. McKenzie enjoys yearly outreach programs to treat underserved populations, and believes wholeheartedly in the ability of a healthy smile to positively impact lives.

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Mckenzie, she was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She also addressed concerns she noticed immediately, which I appreciated, rather than have me come back to her office for another visit.
I must note that the hygienist who did my cleaning was a bit rough and it felt like she was speeding through the cleaning. I'm not certain if that was an effort to save time or personal style. Luckily, I keep my teeth in great condition and go to the dentist regularly, so a quick cleaning is not the end of the world for me, but as we age changes do take place in the body and I would not like for anything to be overlooked. I am also use to the hygienist taking their time and pointing out areas and techniques that I can use to make sure I maintain the health of my teeth, rather than quickly going through the cleaning.

Dr. McKenzie is great. 1st I went for a check-up, then based on my results she came up plan for my dental work. From that visit, my 1st phase was a root canal and permanent crow - which was absolutely painless. I will Be seeing her soon for my next phase. I was at her Brooklyn location, the office is clean and modern, short wait time, and the staff is nice.

Do not come here! Service was extremely unprofessional and lacking. I had come previously for X-rays and came in the second time for my actual appointment. First She did not even remember if I had X-rays. The space was not set up and she had to leave during my procedure to find tools she was missing. Then She did not even remember what was on my treatment plan! I had to tell her what work was left to be done and she then informed me that she did not have time to finish the work on me and that I would either have to wait another hour in the chair while she started on someone else or come back another time! She seemed scatterbrained and really uninterested in her work.
Whole experience was extremely disappointing and troubling! Will not be back and do not recommend that anyone comes here!

Dr. McKenzie and Melany, her dental hygienist, were both very professional. The downtown office is very clean and modern. I could tell they were thorough and weren’t trying to get me to spend money for no reason. Also, very nice and friendly!
