The office was very clean and beautiful. The staff were super nice, helpful and welcoming to me as a new patient. The visit was QUICK, minimal waiting, everyone took their time to answer my questions from the front desk staff, to the dental assistant to the Dentist. I am VERY PLEASED.

Very impressed with the friendly office staff and sparkling office. The Dental Asst. explained the different procedures that she was going to do. Dr. Park explained what his procedure was going to be also. My first visit at the Mission Grove Dental Office was very impressive.

My very first experience started at the phone call with receptionist Alexis. She was very soft spoken, helpful and kind.
The appt with hygenist Angeli went just as great, she was attentive, kind and had my 4yr old daughter engaged every minute of the appt including while cleaning her teeth.
Then when the dentist Dr. Kara Park did exam, she was also just as amazing as her staff. I loved our first visit and looking forward to our whole family to be treated by Dr. Kara Parks and her staff st Mission Grove Dentistry.

The staff at this office were nice. I set up an appointment for a dental cleaning. I was told that the cleaning could not be done today because they didn't have the time and also needed to establish me as a new patient. I informed the doctor I travel alot for work and it is a little difficult sometimes to get an appointment, and I decided to wait 6 months for my dental care, he got a little snippy. As a medical professional I was disappointed that he was not positive regarding me making an effort to come in for my dental cleaning and encourage me to keep coming keep any issue from worsening. I believe I will get a second opinion .

The staff was friendly and the doctor was great. I had a full understanding of my treatment deeded and what may insurance covered with no questions I needed to ask. Highly recommend this office for adults and kids.
