I'm pretty hesitant when it comes to dentists since I've had a string of bad experiences with doctors who seem more interested in the paycheck from drilling than the patient's oral health, but I have to say that my experience with Dr. Bhardwaj was super positive. Staff and doctor both were friendly and helpful, they had very up to date technology to work with, and I really felt like I was in good hands. I have a couple spots of decay that we'll be watching between now and the next cleaning, but filling, as yet, was not recommended. If you're looking for a trustworthy dentist in the S Dallas area, two thumbs up on Dr. Bhardwaj! He's a good one :)

Front office staff, back office staff and doctor were great. I like how the doctor shows u the X-rays and explains what's going on. I was able to get a same day appt. I was skeptical at first since so many reviews are for children. But he is just an all around good doctor. So happy with my choice.

I scheduled my appointment to have two cavities filled. When Dr. Bhardwaj came in, he had no idea why I was there and tried to give me an exam and tell me that I had two cavities. When I told him I knew because he had told me at the last appointment, I asked how long I would be there to fill the cavities. He said there was no way he could fill the cavities that day, the whole reason I made the appointment, due to time constraints.
I was treated by him and a member of his staff like I was the one who had made the mistake in scheduling the appointment and that I was unreasonable to ask that the service I had made the appointment for be done that day. A similar issue happened at my previous appointment. I will not be returning.

I always had bad experiences with dentist but he was very nice and answered all my questions with no rushing or attitude. I will be going to him from now on. Also the dental assistants were very nice and welcoming (I recommend dental assistant Paola Martinez, she was the nicest). The only con was that he did take an hour for one filling but he did a great job and I was happy with the results.

I went in for X-Rays update appointment on my lunch break and had him look at one tooth in specific. I wanted to have it extracted and he would not do it. I understand he wants me to keep my real teeth but i just wanted to get it extracted as it is in excruciating pain.
