“The staff is friendly and provides great customer service! The lead dentist gives great recommendations after your dental exam and explains everything very well. However, the teeth cleaning was way too fast for me. It was about 5 minutes or less. I'm accustomed to dental offices taking their time and ensuring my teeth has been cleaned. Polish and flossing took about 5 to 10 minutes. Overall, it was a good experience. ”

Dr. Patel truly understands how to work with patients dealing with dental anxiety. The gentle, compassionate approach made all the difference. I felt heard, respected and safe. They also offered options like sedation (or) numbing agents to ensure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Their care of using calming techniques, like breaks when needed & soothing communication, helped ease my nerves tremendously.

I feel the doctor is very knowledgeable. He explained to me everything in detail. He gave me several options for implant treatments. My biggest concern was time line, and he gave me that. It was something I did not get at another dentist provider/clinic.

Doctor took time to explain the procedure beforehead, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. Their calming demeanor and clear communication helped ease my anxiety. If you're looking for a dentist who combines expertise with genuine care. I highly recommend Dr. Patel for any dental treatment.
