It is hard to evaluate by this visit since it was just to decide what was going to done. Everyone was very friendly and things were moved along quickly. Ask me after my tooth is fixed which will need a couple of more visits to complete.

I suppose my wait was longer than usual because it was my first visit, but I was hoping to wait less time since I phoned in my insurance information ahead of time.
I needed a copy of my x-rays, and there was a bit of hesitation about letting me have them. Upon insisting, I was offered a poor printout because, I was explained, their system was electronic. They agreed to let me have PDFs, and then emailed me low resolution medium size JPGs. I was told higher quality files were not available.

Very well pleased...I was greeted with a warm welcome; all staff explained procedures very well; I was given specifics about current dental needs; & I left with future visit expectations. I would highly recommend Dr. Woodard's office.

I had my appointment at 1 pm. and at that time the dentist looked tired and irritated. I saw him for 2 minutes and he was in hurry (other more impotant clients I guess). Positive moments from my appointment - it was free, and I was waiting not more than 10 minutes.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Woodard. Not only did I like him but his staff was awesome as well. I really appreciated that he did my consultation and deep cleaning in the same day most dentists that I have gone to make you come back another day. The convenience of scheduling online is great.
