Dr . Phan is great. He is the best dentis I've ever had and is completely forthright and trustworthy. I had a recent dental procedure done, and it was perfect from beginning to end. I will continue to see Dr. Phan as long as I live in the area. This is an awesome practice and everyone is friendly and caring.

I would not recommend this dentist because he overcharges even when people have 2 insurance plans. With the same insurance I have now, other dentists would never charge me for cleanings. Also, both the dentist, the hygienist, and the dental assistant offended me as a person with a disability because they kept discussing my care with my caregiver instead of with me. I am a successful disability rights attorney who is very intelligent, and the assumed I could not handle discussing my dental care simply because of my wheelchair. I am not going back here, and I don't think anyone should go here unless they like being overcharged.

I did not feel he was a good dentist. He was upset when I told him my cavity, that he "fixed", still hurt and kept telling me my teeth are too sensitive, even though I have had many cavities in the past. It wasn't a great experience.

The entire office is dirty, from the dirt covered, ripped chairs in the living room to the seats and wall in the patient rooms. I went in for a cleaning and all they did was scratch at my teeth and call it a day. The bathroom was also disgusting. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, EVER! On top of it all the receptionist was as rude as can be.

Overall not a good experience at all! Doctor was rude and didn't explain anything. The receptionist waited till I got there to tell me I needed permission from my ob to get x rays (I'm 25 weeks pregnant) and had me call even though she inconvienced me, and didn't give me the correct fax number also. The wait was TOO long especially since I filled out all my paperwork online prior to the appointment. Then when it came to my actual scheduled procedure (teeth cleaning) they had to book a new appointment but only after they let me sit in the room alone for 30 minutes! DO NOT go here. My only positive thing to say was the sweet dental assistant was peppy and kind, she did not belong in such a unprofessional place.

So far, so good. Going back later for the actual work (extraction, ugh). But they were very kind and were able to write me an Rx for an anti-anxiety medication for the extraction to go along with the pain killer and antibiotics.
