“Good experience overall. Office and dental staff were friendly. My only "bad remark" would be that the dental assistant that did X-Rays was a bit rough/aggressive. I have pretty thick skin so I was able to power through it but I would recommend slowing down and being more gentle. ”

The staff and dentist were friendly - no complaints on that aspect of service. I made a typical first visit appointment for x-rays, exam, and a cleaning. I was told to come 15 minutes early for paperwork, which I did. I then waited an hour to be seen. After the 20 minutes of x-rays and an exam, I was surprised to learn that they wouldn't be doing a cleaning because they didn't have time. I was dissatisfied that they went ahead and booked an appointment for a service they could not provide. They couldn't have at least warned me the day of that they wouldn't be able to perform the cleaning - they waited to the last minute and sprung it on me. Due to this and feeling like they wasted my time, I will not be returning.
