Dr. Latrice Foster is a thorough, compassionate pediatric dentist treating patients in Houston, Texas, and the surrounding communities. Her goals as a practitioner are to dispel children’s negative perceptions about the dentist and to take care of them “from cradle to college.” She holds certification from the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is a member of professional organizations including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the National Dental Association.
A native of New Orleans, Dr. Foster attended Howard University for her undergraduate degree. She attended the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine to complete a master’s degree in public health, with a concentration in epidemiology. Dr. Foster pursed her doctoral dental degree at the Howard University College of Dentistry, graduating in the top of her class. She has also received residency training in pediatric dentistry at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Patients visiting Dr. Foster can receive a full range of pediatric dental services. She provides fillings, extractions, dental cleanings, sealants, crowns, braces, and counseling for thumb and pacifier habits. When she is not treating patients, Dr. Foster visits local schools and special needs communities to educate children about the importance of oral health. She also enjoys travel and arts and crafts.
