This review isn’t towards this particular provider. Due to her being on maternity leave, they had another provider see me and my husband. The office seemed overall nice, clean. The reception and even the staff providing my cleaning was very kind that I hate to even say anything bad about him but the cleaning was awful. The exam the provider did on me wasn’t thorough in my opinion. I expressed my concerns about my fear with dentist due to a bad experience and he didn’t seem to care. Just told me that I needed a lot of work done and that he doesn’t do sedation so we shouldn’t waste each other’s time. Those were his words. When it came to my husband, he didn’t even do the exam or cleaning. Said he needed a deep clean and he didn’t do those.

Dr. Vy was very informative and spent time explaining what she discovered when examining my teeth. She tool time to show me the teeth that had issues or the ones to pay attention to and explained the future of what could occur with possible wisdom teeth coming out and tooth decay. I really appreciate that because I've never had a dentist that was attentive and informing as she was.
