There was some confusion with the insurance at the beginning even though I submitted everything on the zocdoc app. Didn't like the staff, kinda unfriendly. The doctor was super nice though and I felt comfortable while she was treating me. Only thing that annoyed me is that she had another patient at the same time right next to my room and she kept switching between us, like aren't we supposed to get her full attention? It was still a pretty good visit.

The visit was quick and painless... Emphasis on the painless part. The receptionist at the front desk was friendly, the dental assistant was knowledgeable, and Dr. Rizberg cleaning procedure went by without a hitch. She took her time and I saw instant results. I'm all smiles :)

I think she was great. After reading her reviews I was a bit nervous but took my chances and was overall satisfied. Her assistants were very informative and answered every question I had. They all tried their very best to make sure I was comfortable through my intense and nerve racking deep cleaning. I'll definitely be seeing Dr. Rizberg again.

Office is a little sketchy looking but everyone was professional and the environment was clean. I went in for a dental cleaning after going 4 years without one due to lack of insurance. It was painful as expected (due to the buildup) but I was in and out in 30 minutes and my teeth looked and felt clean!

Went in for a cavity I had. Dentist did not allow numbing agent to kick in-waited about 1 minute after injecting than started. It was very painful. There was bruising and swelling at the injection site. Still have a bump in my mouth. Would not recommend at all.
