I was not seen at my appointment time and it seemed like the doctor who treated me was running behind. I totally get that weekend appointments can be difficult but I wish I had been informed ahead of my visit that the doctor I had booked the appointment with was not available so I knew what to expect. The staff was great but I do feel like my actual procedure was rushed.

The office uses cutting edge technology, everyone I encountered was professional, knowledgeable and communicated thoroughly. My dental plan of care was explained to me very well, inclusive of rationales for treatment approaches and my goals were heard and included. Happy to have found a dental home in DC!
