I attempted to fill out your computer form and it took 4 times and 25 minutes to do so. All computer inquires that I have filled out have instructions that said what you have left out and what to do next. Your form has NO instructions and when you leave it wipes out all the forms and you have to start at begining again. Very, very frustrating. It made me want to leave before seeing anybody.

Dr. Frost and her entire staff are very friendly. I feel at ease and relaxed when I'm there. I also feel very comfortable when I go there because the entire office looks very clean and zen. It's also very convenient for me to go over there from my office and I never have to wait.

Dr. Frost was incredible. I got to my appointment at 9:00 am, registered, and got x-rays, cleaning, and a tiny bit of sanding on a tiny chip in the front tooth, and was out by 9:35. All this and then promotion for tooth whitening as icing on the cake. Absolutely wonderful! THANK YOU!

Great location in the Financial District. The offices are beautiful - it almost feels like a spa when you walk in. They have all digital technology - even the sign in process is on a computer. Very thorough exam and made me feel very comfortable as I don't like going to the dentist. I highly recommend this office - and they are open on weekends too!

I had a emergency and she called to me to make sure I was doing well.
It is difficult to find dentists that care, take time to discuss with you and take you immediately for an appointment.
Besides being a great dentist, she is located in a state of the art office in the middle of Wall-Street.

I went for a cleaning. The office is amazing. There is a tv in the chair if you want to watch. Everything is digital from the registration form to the xrays. If none of that matters to you, the dentist and assistant are really nice as well.

I learned that not only do Dr. Frost and her staff deliver the highest quality of dental care I have ever received, but are also the friendliest group I have ever encountered. Their concern for the patient is unparalleled, and I can’t imagine taking my business anywhere else.

I saw Dr. Frost for a regular cleaning. The office and equipment was state of the art. It was a pleasure to sit in the dentist chair and watch television. The doctor did my cleaning, not a hygenist. She was gentle and thorough and offered helpful suggestions. She described everything she was doing and why. She listened to my cares and concerns and made me feel completely at ease. No hard sells on any other services or products. I give Dr. Frost two huge thumbs up. Zocdoc was a very useful and easy to use tool. Great experience all around.
