Today was my first appointment with Dr. Garcia. It was a consultation including x-rays and exams to get an overview of where I stand and what needs to be done to get my smile where it should be. I was met with a friendly greeting, and because I had already filled out the new patient forms found on their website there was almost no wait time. I was offered refreshments and given a tour of the entire office before seated in the consultation room. Dr. Garcia went over my information and dental history with me and asked what I wanted to achieve with my visits. I then went with his Assistant to get the x-rays. Once completed, they both showed them to me and explained what they saw. After that, they did an exam to check for skin cancer, gum disease, and other issues such as gingivitis. They asked if I had any questions, and then I sat down with the patient coordinator. She hadn't heard back from my insurance yet, and explained that once she did she would email me what would be covered and what would need to be paid out of pocket. I had a wonderful experience even though I hate going to the dentist. They talked me through every step and made me feel very comfortable. The entire staff was knowledgable and the facility was very clean. I will definitely be back!

I am extremely happy with the care I've received from Dr. Garcia and his staff. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and pain free at every visit which was so important to me. The treatment plan was explained in great detail so I knew exactly when and how everything would happen. The staff is always available to answer questions and the office hours make it easy to set appointments around my busy schedule!

I was "wow" @ my first visit. Then when I came to have some minor treatment done, I could not believe how such a small change made a huge difference in my smile. I am beyond impressed with the office, the staff and Dr. Garcia. This has been by far the best experience I have ever had at a dental office.

"Excellence" comes to mind when I think of Dr. Louis Garcia at Dominion Ridge Dentistry! I would rate him excellent in every category. His new office is beautiful equiped with the latest technology. His office staff is friendly and they provide excellent service. Dr. Garcia is very professional and gentle when he's working on you. His assistant Norma works right at his side to meet your needs in every way possible. I would highly recommend Dr. Garcia to everyone in need of an "excellent" dental experience!
