Dr.Lucy was very patient and attentive to my dental needs. Her explanation was thorough and she was very engaging. Overall, the staff was courteous and the service was good. Waiting is always frustrating, however, I booked the appointment through Zoc doc the same morning, so I left my home with expectation to wait. I will use Dr. Lucy again.

The doctor is wonderful. She listens and talks you through the whole process. I wonder if she smokes though because there was a prevalent cigarette smell while I was being serviced. If you don't mind smoke (and I do and still found her fantastic), you will love her too.

I'm usually afraid of the dentist and I hate pain but Dr.Lucy and her staff was wonderful. I did not wait long and they explained everything to me. I had gotten a tooth extraction and I did not feel a thing. If you're scared of pain like I am no worries, Dr.Lucy and Dr.Rashkni will take care of you. I found my new dentist!

Soft and well-spoken manner. made sure I ws completely clear about the recommended dental plan. Not a long wait at all for X-rays, hygienist and to see Dr. Lucy. Smooth transition from one to the other. I recommend her.

Everything was good. Everyone was very nice and professional.
My only problem was that I filled out the forms online but they didn't have them when I arrived so I had to fill out the forms for a second time.

Went with severe tooth pain and Dr. Lucy took care of me right away! I've had bad experiences with dentists so I really looked for a while until I found the right one. When Dr. Lucy greeted me with a smile and explained everything before doing a thing I knew she was the right dentist! She always made sure nothing hurt. I will definitely be back and take care of my pearly whites! 5 stars

Overall visit was ok. This was my first time visising an office that wasnt a private practice. The staff ( dental assistants, x- ray techs) were a little on the grumpy/ rude side and It seemed that they didn't want to be there. It's definitely not the most welcoming atmosphere but the dentist was pretty nice.

I am a little nervous when I go to the dentist–not really sure why. Dr. Lucy was very thorough in explaining every single step, and made sure that I'd stay comfortable throughout. She asked me what I was nervous about, and telling her exactly what it was put me more at ease. The treatment went smoothly and professionally. One of the nicest dentists I ever saw. I would highly recommend her.
