Although we do enjoy the Dr., I get completely frustrated with the front office staff every time I have to speak to them. They never know anything about my children or their treatment plan. They actually don't even realize they are related! Stafford isn't very big and we have decided to move to an office that is more family oriented and doesn't think of us as a number or next on a call list.
Just one example in a list of many- I asked when the next appointment would be to evaluate my daughters spacer in her mouth and was answered with "she's probably too young for a spacer but you can ask the Dr. during your cleaning." The Dr. had put the spacer in her mouth almost a full year prior to that! I really hope she's not "too young"!!
It is utterly frustrating!

This was my first visit with Dr. Yaqui and I am definitely going to see him again. He's has a very friendly personality and is very professional. He took the time to speak to me about the care of my teeth and didn't make me feel rushed. He broke it down so I could understand what he was talking about. I really appreciate Dr. Yaqui's caring manner. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. All of the staff was friendly too.

You cannot go to a better place for dental care. Everyone makes you feel at home. Dr. Yaqui is excellent and always makes you feel at ease. I'm sorry I waited so long to find him, but I did and he's the best. Monica is superb on presenting the financial part of things. Very professional and kudos to the rest of the team.

My wife and both of my twins are patients of Dr. Yaqui. This visit was an annual check-up for me, prior to this I had an emergency visit on a Sunday. Everything went well. I came into the office and was seen right away. I and my family are very satisfied with the service.
