About Dr. Ashkan Yousefi

Dr. Ashkan Yousefi regards it as an honor to provide the best possible dentistry and have a positive effect on people in his community. He has a passion for helping patients get rid of pain: giving them back their smile, and making them feel good about themselves by restoring their confidence. Patient satisfaction is Dr. Yousefi’s first priority. Dr. Yousefi began practicing dentistry in Tehran, Iran in 2001. After moving to the US, he attended NOVA Southeastern University, from which he graduated in 2011. Staying on the cutting edge of knowledge in his field ensures that Dr. Yousefi is able to provide his patients the most current, proven dental treatments, and to deliver gentle care that helps heal their mouths and improve their overall wellness. He continues his education regularly by attending courses on implant restorations and implant-supported dentures, aesthetics, sleep apnea, preventive dentistry for children, and root canal therapy. A member of the American Dental Association, Dr. Yousefi has also been president of a local study club, the Washington Iranian Dental Society, since 2015. He is also a Diplomate of American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and works closely with sleep specialists to treat sleep apnea and Snoring. Dr. Yousefi currently resides in Northern Virginia with his wife. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies with his wife, playing tennis and going cycling. As well as traveling and spending time with family and friends.
