A good and welcoming doctor, very kind and thorough. She was so lovely to take the extra time to go over with me what would be the best way to keep my teeth clean and since she had some extra time even did a neccessary cleaning instead of having me come back again.

I was seen promptly after arriving early. Dr. Madhavi was very professional and explained all of my dental needs in a manner that I was easily able to understand. She gave me many options, explained each one thoroughly and scheduled a follow-up appointment that suited my needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs dental work that's good, fast, and painless.

My visit was terrible. Anesthesia was not applied thoughtfully, leaving me with a swollen lump in my cheek five days after I got my filling. I had to schedule an appointment with an Oral Surgeon for fear the nerve damage could be permanent. My fillings were done haphazardly leaving me with a higher bite on one side of my mouth. I am still in pain.
More than anything though, the dentist visit didn't make me feel valued. I just felt like I was another number. The office wasn't pleasant to be in, it was crowded and cluttered. I know from the moment I stepped in I should not have stayed, and wish I had listened to my intuition.

They were having computer problems and were unable to assist me. No one was at the clinic when I arrived, and the Dr. arrived about five minutes after my scheduled appointment time. No other staff was on site. It would have been nice if they had notified me beforehand so I would not have had to arrange for the time off and make to trip.

I'm amazed that Dr. Nettem has a medical license, let alone her own practice. She completely messed up my tooth. In the process of filing/drilling my tooth, she repeatedly hit the two teeth next to it, making a DENT in one of them. She's a joke and this practice is a joke. Aside from her horrible medical abilities, her office is insanely disorganized. The fact that her office was very empty both times I went in shows me that I'm not the only one that feels this way.
