About Dr. Raymond Jone
Dr. Jone is an experienced and caring dentist who truly loves what he does. It shows in the quality of service he provides and his empathic attitude toward each patient. Coming from a large family of five sisters, nine nieces, and a plethora of cousins has taught him the importance of treating everyone as he would a family member. He aims to make you feel relaxed and forget that you're in a dental office.
Born in Sacramento, Dr. Jone left California for New York City to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the prestigious Columbia University. While he loved exploring Manhattan's restaurant scene, he yearned for the California sun and moved to San Francisco for his post-graduate residency in dentistry at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center. There, he was able to care for the venerable servicemen and women of our country.
Having treated a wide range of patients with various needs, Dr. Jone truly understands how to tailor dental care to each individual. He has cultivated a philosophy of being as conservative as possible while delivering exceptional care. His training in minimally invasive dentistry and oral conscious sedation helps put even the most anxious patients at ease.

When I arrived, I asked the staff if my insurance was covered under Medicare…all she said was I was fine. I went in for a routine partial adjustment…when I got my bill from my insurance company, it was doubled, because I went out of network. I will never go back there again.

I didn’t see Dr. Raymond Jones, I saw another dentist on his staff. But she only stayed for two minutes, I didn’t get much time to ask questions before she moved to another patient. I felt pressured by the hygienist to get procedures done that day which would have be expensive, and I think I prefer to get another opinion. I don’t feel comfortable if the dentist doesn’t take the time to educate me on my xrays and go over multiple options.

I went to see him because of a broken tooth, and they were very diligent in helping me. It was the first time something like that happened to me and I was kind of in shock. They understood me and gave me options and explain everything. Highly recommend!

There was an issue with Zocdoc, I received a text confirmation but it wasn’t from the dental office it was from Zocdoc. So upon arrival, the office didn’t have my appointment.
Even with the issues, they were able to squeeze me in, take X-rays, look at my broken tooth and set up a path to recovery.

Front desk was aware of my appointment and wait time was less than 5 minutes. I met with Lupita who helped with my exams. She was knowledgeable and polite. Afterward Dr. Jone instructed himself and wanted to hear about my concerns. We talked and set my priorities for my care. I look forward to my next appointment.

It was a great experience. Amazing customer service. I needed a root canal and they provided the procedure right there and then. Super nice and professional staff, Little waiting time and clear explanation of procedure.

My experience was bad because i was only spoken to regarding the quote of my treatment and how the clinic is busy and does not have appointments available. While I sat in the consultation room for an hour, the doctor did not depend even 10 minutes with me and did not show any care or concern. As soon as she entered, she pulled up a screen that showed me how much my treatment would cost and that nothing could be done right away because I wasn’t scheduled for it.

The first thing that stuck out was how clean the office was! The staff was very friendly and had everything ready for my appt. I wasn’t even waiting five minutes before I got called in for my appt. The dentist and his assistant came in and immediately communicated what the issue was with my tooth and gave me my options - I needed a root canal and I thought I would have to come back to get it done but to my surprise he did it right then and there! The dentist was the so gentle when giving me the shots I was so thankful because the pain was so minimal! The procedure was so fast and he communicated with me the whole time so I knew what was going on. I am so very happy that I found this office and I look forward to being a long time loyal patient! Thank you!!
