There was a mix up with ZocDoc as the office had not yet finalized their relationship with ZocDoc. This means I arrived for my appointment without actually receiving a confirmation from Dr. Sadowsky's office; ZocDoc just made the appointment on my calendar.
This was my first time to see Dr. Sadowsky as I had only recently moved to New York.
When I arrived and realized the appointment error, Dr. Sadowsky was agreeable to seeing me and was able to re-cement a crown that had fallen out. It had been a few days and the winter holidays were quickly approaching; I am truly grateful that Dr. Sadowsky was able to help me out because there was no other time to make an appointment before I flew out of town.
His efforts, as well as the efforts of Lisa at the front desk, really went above and beyond.

OMG! It was amazing the nurse with the blond dreads is soooo nice also the Hispanic in the front desk was super loving I juts felt welcomed and loved. The experience was amazing I feel comfortable and I felt as if he knew what he was doing he didn’t hurt me he taught me things. It was just an amazing experience I would highly recommend him to others! Thanks again for my electronic spin brush who you know gives these out lmfaoo !! But thanks again I see you guys again in 6 months I won’t be changing my dentist at all this time!
