About Dr. Jake Horowitz

Dr. Jake Horowitz is approachable, genial, and excited to make his mark on the community. He’s a New York native who grew up on Long Island. After graduating from the University of Delaware, he moved back to New York to pursue dentistry and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Touro College of Dental Medicine in Westchester. Dr. Jake completed his general practice residency at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital where he was named Chief Resident. During this time, Dr. Jake performed advanced endodontic, prosthodontics, and oral surgery cases. Dr. Jake enjoys playing recreational sports such as tennis and spike-ball. He’s an avid skier and has a passion for traveling and spending time with family and friends.
