Dr. Gilbert has been my dentist for just over a year now. Although you don't always see Dr. Gilbert when you are coming in for a cleaning, she will always check-in with you at the end of the appointment if there is anything out of the ordinary that needs to be discussed. Wait times are abysmal and the staff there are super friendly.

Dr. Gilbert is not my primary dentist but I contacted her practice for a dental emergency and she was able to squeeze me in that day. Her staff was extremely friendly and professional on the phone and in person. Not enough can be said about the importance of a front office staff that's friendly and inviting. My interaction and emergency treatment by Dr. Gilbert was also great. She took note of the situation, provided me with the options I needed to move forward with treatment, and completed the procedure that day. Let's be honest, no one likes to go to the dentist, but we all very much appreciate the work that they do when things go wrong...and it never hurts when the only unpleasant thing about the office is the drilling! :)

She filled cavities & 2 weeks later one tooth broke apart. She billed me initially based on the insurance but the lady that sits at the front desk added onto my bill & the insurance denied the extra charge so they want me to pay it. They billed more based on the codes they sent to the insurance. The procedure was the same. When I asked for a bill & to discuss the billing. The lady at the front desk got an attitude. Dr.Gilbert does have good bedside manner, but the lady at the front desk is rude, lazy, & unprofessional.

Excellent service from the front office to the back, Marcia Gilbert is exellent honest caring and conserned. Askes you what you would like and not pushing you to do what she wants. When you make a decision she gives you what you will be dealing with and that I like no hidden agenda but she cares and is concerned. She found a spot in my mouth that I wasn't aware of and that was very important. I really like her and will continue to see her

The visit was not a scheduled appointment but the result of a dental emergency. The emergency occurred when the office was closed. I explained the problem requested an appointment for the following morning. The following morning at 8:00 am I received a call from Dr. Gilbert's office offering me an appointment at 9:00 am. The emergency was handled without delay and with the professionalism I have always identified with Dr Gilbert . We,in addition, discussed other follow-up I might need.

The office staff was very friendly. Dr. Marcia did an intense screening of my mouth, which was great. Other dentists I been to in the past did not go into detail like she did. I am glad she is helping me to get my teeth into healthier and proper shape and I can smile with true confidence! She takes her job very seriously and wants the best for all her clients. I do not like going to the dentist and I try to avoid it until it is absolutely necessary. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my first appointment with Dr. Gilbert. I didn't experience any pain, as I had expected (I had 3 fillings done). I will no longer wait until the last minute to visit the dentist ... going forward, I will go to Dr. Gilbert regularly.

It was another good appointment with Dr. Gilbert and her staff. While I was extremely nervous about the procedure, she was calm and confident. From the very beginning, I was re-assured by Lasandra and Dr. Gilbert. Ultimately, the procedure was handled very well and I felt as if Dr. Gilbert genuinely cared about taking care of me. I visited this office because it was in close proximity to where I lived. Dr. Gilbert ave me comprehensive care and and was able to elucidate issues as it related to my oral health. My problem was with the front desk/ receptionist. I needed her to clarify a charge for me and she became frustrated and had an unprofessional demeanor with me. Since I am spending a large sum at this office, I will not be returning. Having receptionist experience myself, I never lost my cool as having inquiries related to finances are bound to come up and normal in a medical office. I will not be returning to this office!

I shopped on ZocDoc and was lucky to found her. Dr. Gilbert and her staff were pleasant and very professional. Dr. Marcia was very personable and knowleagable. She mades me feel at ease, and educated me on my sitation while providing all the pros and cons. I will and already have recommended her to my friends and family members. Her deontological ethics are impeccable. The office is clean and equipped with the state of art technology. The view from her dental chair and the warm ambiance will make you relax. My best experience ever at a dental office.

Everyone that worked in her office was very approachable and kind! The office itself is clean and cozy. Dr. Gilbert and her staff were extremely knowledgeable in their profession, and they took time to explain to me exactly what needed to be done with my teeth and why. This was my first time seeing Dr Gilbert. The staff was very personable (greeting repeat patients by name), answered my plethora of questions, and helped with estimates for future dental work. Dr Gilbert was very very thorough with her examination and professional. The facility was impeccably maintained. I look forward to my next visit!
