About Dr. Benjamin Lin

Dr. Lin was born and raised in Michigan and returned to Baltimore University of Maryland for dental school at . He decided to receive additional training and returned to Johns Hopkins Hospital for his General Practice Residency. After that, he practiced in the Northern Virginia area with Dr. Horng and Dr. Aleman before moving to Texas for a few years and then returning back to the Maryland area to rejoin the team. From a very young age, his family taught him the importance of treating people the way he wants to be treated. He's carried this mentality into his career in dentistry which led to great satisfaction when being able to help people restore their health and smile. His initial love for dentistry began on mission trips to poverty stricken populations to provide free dental care to those who do not have access and resources to obtain healthcare. The amount of satisfaction and happiness seeing the joy on these patients’ faces when he was able to get them out of pain and restore their smile was indescribable. Dr. Lin strives to provide all of his patients with the care he would for his own family. In order to do this, he keeps up with the latest technology and incorporates that into the care for his patients to make their experience more pleasant. He approaches dentistry in a comprehensive manner incorporating all different aspects including restorative and cosmetic dentistry, fixed and removable prosthodontics, TMJ issues, implant dentistry, and much more.
