This was my first time visiting Dr. Karpov. She did a thorough of my teeth + jaw and then explained everything to me in language I could understand. The prices for treatment seem reasonable. Everyone in the office was very nice and super helpful.

Dr. Karpov and her entire office is amazing. After seeing her for 3+ years, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an orthodontist in the city. Upon my initial visit, she was attentive in listening to my needs, while giving her advice and options. We collaborated together to make a plan - which was Invisalign. In addition, all expenses were discussed from the very beginning. Everyone in the office: secretary, techs, and nurses are truly the best - friendly, warm, and attentive to your needs. Rarely a wait, and usually quick visits!

Visited the office for a consultation. Was surprised to see an "open" floor plan for a doctor's office. Meaning, patient chairs were located next to each other. Also, I noticed products sitting on the window sill. Patients had to use the rest rooms to gargle and etc. I didn't see anyone wipe down the chairs after patients left. For me, the open floor plan raised concerns as far as cleanliness and privacy.

Dr. Karpov is fantastic! I have been seeing her in the Tribeca location for Invisalign treatment for about six months, and every visit has been just as good as the first. Dr. Karpov and her team are thorough, efficient and pleasant. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Karpov is an extremely knowledgable and professional orthodontist. She took her time explaining all of my treatment options and recommended certain treatment procedures that other doctors were not trained in. She is obviously at the top of her profession and I would highly recommend her.
