My visit was so wonderful. Dr. Majda was very thorough and a great communicator. She showed me my x-rays and teeth photos and was so attentive to my needs. I am so happy to have such a great dentist in the city. Highly highly recommend. Can’t say enough good things.

Her dental experience spans 24+ years of practice, and 6+ years of advanced training working with patients with special needs. She has worked with variety of cases and is one of select few San Francisco dentists who holds the Adult Oral Conscious Sedation license with Hospital Privileges at Kaiser, Marin General and CPMC.
Dr. Majda received her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1986 . Laurel Dental Spa is a general dentistry practice with a unique focus on cosmetic dentistry, particularly in the areas full mouth reconstruction and advanced tooth re-shaping and oral health care, IV Sedation in Hospital & and Pill Sedation (in office) environments.
Board certified in California, Dr. Majda also holds an Adult Oral Conscious Sedation Certificate and Certificate of Completion in Advanced Concepts in Cosmetic Dentistry from the Northern California Institute of Cosmetic Dentistry. She is licensed by the DEA to safely administer nitrous oxide ( laughing gas).
Dr. Majda has been trained by experts in the field of cosmetic tooth reconstruction, and has an eye for perfection when it comes to the quality of her dental work.

My introductory visit with Dr. Majda exceeded my expectations. She is very friendly and knowledgeable, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I really appreciated how she took the time to go with me through my x-rays and teeth-photos and explain to me what was going on in my mouth. She was both thorough and efficient. I definitely left feeling sparkly fresh! Also, the office had several measures in place to prevent the spread of Covid-19, and I felt very safe the entire time. Thanks Dr. Majda and Katy!

Wonderful bedside manner and really friendly. Overall very satisfied with her as a dentist, and I am pretty picky. One thing that I really liked is that she does the cleanings and other procedures herself, which gave a much more personal experience than most other dental offices that I've been to. Usually its a dental hygienist doing the x-rays and cleanings and you only spend a couple minutes with the actual dentist. That was not the case here and I very much appreciated that and felt like I was getting the best care possible. The only downside for me is that her rates are higher than many others dentists, which means more out of pocket, even for preventative care like cleanings. However, the office was very helpful in working with me on this and I do understand that this could vary based on insurance carrier. Despite the added out of pocket, definitely recommended.

Truly one of the best dentists I think i've ever been to. She explained what she needed to do during each phase of the cleaning process, really paying attention to the details. She was thoughtful about additional procedures, and checked my insurance so I was aware of additional costs before continuing on. Highly recommend this dentist.

I was very impressed that she took pictures of my teeth, showed me each photo up close, and explained exactly what she was seeing. She looked for ways to bill the appointment to my insurer so that it would minimize my out-of-pocket expense. She was very kind and helpful.

So impressed! Dr. Majda was incredibly warm and inviting. That "boutique-style healthcare" thing comes naturally to her. She did my entire appointment herself, from x-rays to cleaning (I've never even heard of a DDS doing that before). She took me along every step of my care -- showed me x-rays and pictures of my mouth and told me what she saw and what she'd be doing about it. Her office is impressively modern (and color-coordinated!). I'd recommend her to anyone.

From the moment i stepped into the office, I felt as if they cared about my experience. I was shown the x-rays and explained in plain english what I was looking at.
