The location in SF doesn’t actually have a doctor on site so that was misleading, I was on a video call with a doctor in the office. Then I was referred to the office in Oakland which is inaccessible to me and the Oakland location barely accepted my insurance. Also they did not read my chart and I was prescribed a medication I was allergic to. Even though I am grateful I was able to be seen at last minute, this was a strange visit.
