She was so attentive and patient with me. I have had bad experiences in the past with dentist and she made sure I wasn’t in pain for my extraction. Not to mention she performed all of my X-rays in depth as well. So happy I found my new dentist.

I had a consultation with Dr kipnis, she tookX rays and a treatment plan was agreed. The staff in the office is polite and friendly. I yet have to go back for my root canal procedure.

Short wait and overall not a bad visit to the dentist. Been a while due to the pandemic and I felt comfortable and like my needs were met. I was the only patient in there at the time. Seems like that may be all the office has capacity for. Next appointment was walking in as I was walking out. It’s in a residential neighborhood just off the Q/B train. Nice short walk to Tatiana’s cafe or the beach/boardwalk when you’re done.

I had an impacted wisdom tooth that was causing me severe pain and lots of swelling on the side of my face. Everything seemed great at first, friendly staff, seen nearly right away. Then, when the assistant began telling the dentist the details of my visit (in Russian right beside me which I found a little rude but whatever helps best communication) and to indicate which side of my jaw was affected (though it was pretty visible) she proceeded to SLAP MY SWOLLEN CHEEK! The dentist said she would do a thorough cleaning and I asked her to be gentle since it was very sensitive. She assured me she would but when it came down to it she had me in a headlock and I received one of the worst, most aggressive cleanings in my life. I didn’t scream but there were tears streaming down my face. I just wanted to get out of there. At the end she called me a ‘strong girl’ and PATTED the cheek that was affected after bothering the h*ll out of it. I’ll never go back.
The Doctor was great but I felt like they were trying to sell me treatments. The building was a little bit sketchy as well. Someone had a fight in the waiting room next door.

Super nice staff and dentist but she was super aggressive in her cleaning. It was probably the worst cleaning I have ever experienced.
My appt was for 4:30p. I got there at 4p to fill out paperwork. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. I was brought to a room at 4:24p :) yay. But then they took a patient who came in after me before me...the doctor and her assistant didn’t come in until 5:12pm. The assistant took x-rays after the doctor spoke to me for 2 mins- this process didn’t take too long-10 mins max. I can hear the dr working on the person who came after me. At 5:58p i stand in the doorway and wait for the assistant to acknowledge me and ask if I am going to be seen soon. The assistant says something to the dr. In another language and the doctor comes to my room. She starts cleaning my teeth- and is rushing and getting water all over me (down my neck, spraying all over my face). She is done by 6:07p. A 7 minute procedure that I waited an hour and half for and it was awful... never coming back.
Amazing dentist, wonderful staff.

My appointment was for a Sunday morning so they saw me right away. I was having emergent and extreme pain. Both Dr. Kipnis and her assisant were so great with me. They recognized my fear and were very accomodating. The assistant was so kind and helpful during my x-rays. Dr. Kipnis explained what was going on and what I would need done efficently and clearly. The cleaning wasn't so bad either!

Se was very kind to my son
Verified patient
Dr. Kipnis was amazing in her care for my teeth. My gums are pretty sensitive to bleeding, with most other dentist it's usually a huge problem. But with Dr. Kipnis, they barely bled as she expertly removed the plaque on my teeth. She also has a wonderful personality and a great bedside manner. Highly recommend!

Great doctor! I had a 12pm appointment but I came much earlier. I had to do a root canal. The procedure was fast and painless. I was met by a friendly receptionist.
