The entire office was out. I arrived on time and there were other patients waiting outside. We were locked out and had to call their primary office at a different location to reschedule. It was a mess. The rep on the phone mentioned we would get some form of follow-up regarding what happened, but I never heard from the office. I still don’t know what happened.

My experience with Dentists hasn’t always been the best, but my visit at Sage Dental with Mr. Wegzyn was very pleasant. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to sell me a care plan and they took time to listen and addressed my concerns. They weren’t pessimistic nor were they overly optimistic of the outcome. Very matter of fact in layman’s terms. I appreciated Mark’s honest appraisal and feel confident he/we made the correct decision in terms of treatment. I look forward to returning, which is something I thought I’d never say about a dentist office. ??
