Dr. Yu is a wonderful dentist! She was patient, helpful and very informative. She advised a good mouthwash that would help my gums, and even noticed that my baby was teething due to his activity and biting his fingers. She is very good at her work!! The wait time was only due to it being my first appointment at the office and I had to fill out paperwork, so I had to wait a bit for that to process.

The computer check-in system is a bit clunky and I had to restart the health survey after it cancelled on me. Took about 30 minutes including the wait time. The dentist was very nice and informative, very friendly, my teeth feel very clean now!

Even if you pre-fill out your forms here on ZocDoc, you will still have to fill out tons of paperwork in the office. That's something I've noticed with several doctors here, actually, and I'm not sure what it's caused by. Probably ZocDoc's fault!
As for Mary Anne, she was a perfectly fine dentist, but truth be told this was the "wettest" cleaning I've ever had. I'm not sure if the little spit suction device was misplaced the entire time, but as she cleaned my teeth water spouted out of my mouth and onto my face. I was drenched. It was also really cold in her office so I felt even worse. It was pretty uncomfortable.

Another pleasant visit to see Dr. Yu. I enjoy the convenient scheduling online (did it from a plane on a work trip!), and that the procedures are always quick and easy. The staff is always so friendly, including Dr. Yu. Happy to have this team as my dental service provider.

Doctor Yu and staff were so friendly and accommodating for this, my first visit to their office, and my first dentist visit in a long time.
The environment is small and very clean. I'm kind of stingy with hygenic items, but they do a lot of cleaning and sterilization in front of you, so you know things are fresh for your visit.
I got a lot of one-on-one attention from Dr. Yu, and her assistants are truly assistants, not running the show with the doctor just barely touching down. I was nervous about my first visit, and am just generally freaked by dentists, but the conversation was kept brief and succinct. Perfectly accommodating for my nervousness!
Their technology is so interesting; they let me watch what they were looking at and explained to me what the system was illustrating to them. They were more than happy to let me interject and ask questions along the way.
At the end (which was very quick!), they already had a plan of action ready for me, complete with insurance subsidies and the out-the-door costs. All I had to do was pick what I wanted and schedule the appointment.
On top of it all, appointments are available for schedule online, as is all of the patient paperwork. Reminders are sent when the appointment is made and the day before the appointment. The office also called the evening before to confirm. Miguel at the front desk is friendly, thorough, and professional.
The office is in an easily accessible location, with easy parking available right at the front door.
I'm so glad I chose Dr. Yu, and am at ease about my next visit.
