The tech was very nice, but the dental x-ray was rough. I was in a lot of pain. Never been a fan of dental x-ray. the Tech took her time with me, and related to not being a fan of dental x-ray either. The doctor was very knowledgeable, and had excellent bed side manner. The Front Desk personal, Annette was very nice and Knowledgeable. I booked another appointment for a cleaning right away. The décor of the office is very modern and chic. Loved it!

Dr. Mary Kang earned her D.D.S. degree from New York University College of Dentistry (NYUCD) in 2006. She completed a General Practice Residency program at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in 2007 and soon thereafter, returned to NYUCD to complete a 3-year Post-Graduate Prosthodontic specialty training. Dr. Kang continued her training and moved to Los Angeles, California where she completed a fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthetics at UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles) - a subspecialty of Prosthodontics working to help rehabilitate Head & Neck cancer patients. She then moved to Houston, Texas to work at MD Anderson Cancer Center as an Oncologic-Based Maxillofacial Implant Fellow. Currently, Dr. Kang is a full-time clinical assistant professor in the Ashman Department of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at NYU. She also works part-time in private practice.

A friend referred me to Dr. Kang and I saw her two weeks ago. I was impressed with her skill and kind personality. I need to have extensive work done and my well being was her primary concern and she didn't try to rush me into a decision, which I liked. She gave me a number of treatment options and she is very knowledgeable. She started the work immediately and I was surprised that the injection she gave me was virtually pain free (a first for me). She was supportive during the entire procedure and I felt pretty relaxed (another first for me). I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family.

Dr Kang is an exceptional doctor. She has a unique combination of exceptional talent, professionalism and integrity. What made the visit with her unique was knowing that I am getting the highest professional care as well as being treated with the utmost consideration and care. Having seen other dentists in the past I can definitely state that I am chosing Dr Kang to be my only doctor for as long as I need dental care.
