I had a 4pm appt a week previous which they called me the day before the scheduled appt to rescheduke. I reacheduled to better suit them, than i went to my new 4pm appt, was there early and than i waited for about 40mins. I asked how much longwr and they said probable 15mins more! What is the point of an appt if i have to sit and wait an hour? To me, wasted time is worse than wasted money....
