Dr. Bolduc is really helpful he listens my issue and resolved it. I was suffering from high filling pressure when I bite this usually happens because I did my filling when extracting my wisdom tooth as in all those area were numb. Upon telling my issue Dr. Bolduc he immediately asked me to come over same day or next day and so I went next day and my issue disappears.
Thanks that we have such a good Dental Doc in Vienna, VA

Dr. Bolduc grew up in a Navy family experiencing many cultures across the world. At age 17, he spent a year with his grandfather, a dentist in Indiana, and fell in love with the profession. He majored in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at Appalachian State University. After earning his doctorate from Virginia Commonwealth University he accepted a Commission as a dental officer with the Navy. During his tenure with the Navy, he completed a residency before serving at sea and in the Middle East. He recently completed his commission at the Washington D.C. Navy Yard providing dental services to marines, congressman and Naval Officers.

Going to the dentist is never anyone's favorite thing to do but Dr. Matthew Bolduc and his staff made the experience unbelievably pleasant. Firstly, his office is modern, high tech, well designed and cheery. Dr Bolduc and his staff greeted us promptly at our designated appointment time. Dr. Bolduc reviewed the xrays and recommended procedures in detail, encouraging an open discussion of any questions or concerns. HIs responses demonstrated his thoughtful attention to our questions. He and his staff were very efficient and Dr. Bolduc did outstanding work.

There was no wait time. I was seen as soon as my forms were handed over. The receptionist and Dr. Bolduc were very inviting and pleasant. The environment was easy going and not intimidating as some facilities can be.
Dr. Bolduc took the time to pay attention to detail before making a final diagnosis and then provided recommendations. He was also flexible enough to be able to fit in the extra procedures needed within the same appointment. the overall experience was pleasant and efficient.

I am someone who is terrified when it comes to Dentist appointments but i couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Bolduc and his amazing staff. I was late for my appointment due to being new in the area, but they were very understanding to accommodate me.
My cleaning, X-ray and Dental check up went well. Dr. Bolduc was very informative and provided the best service possible. His assistants are equally nice, thorough and caring.
I am looking forward to my future visits and so happy that my friend recommended their clinic.

I called the office when they were closed and didn't leave a message. Theresa returned the missed called and was able to schedule me as a last min emergency patient. Dr Bolduc was able to do two fillings and a cleaning just to accommodate my schedule. This was one of the best dental experience I've ever had .

Matthew did a great job! The staff was also very pleasant and attentive.
Went in thinking my teeth might be in bad shape and I don't enjoy going to the dentist. After a good thorough x-ray, cleaning and fluoride my mouth felt great. What really made the difference though was the way Matthew explained how my teeth and gums and fillings were healthy holding up well.. the Enamel, dentin, and gums were at good levels and that re-assured me.
If you're in Northern VA you should go to see Matthew Bolduc. I'm glad I did.

I rarely recommend docs because they are usually adequate and competent, but nothing special.
Dr. Bolduc is different. He managed to fix long term dental problems efficiently and beautifully, while also recommending against unnecessary procedures previous dentist had suggested.
Pleasant, funny. Seems like a good dude. And the office staff is amazing. Friendly, professional, efficient.

I was running late for my appointment today due to crazy traffic. The staff was kind and welcoming despite my tardiness. The doctor was wonderful, very warm, and friendly (not to mention very handsome). He explained the treatment, was very educated and made me feel very comfortable about proceeding with my dental care there.

He and his assistant x-rayed the same teeth twice and when they tried to do it a third time, I told them to stop!
They charged for a full set of bite-wing x-rays but they completed only a partial set and half of those could not be clearly read. Unfortunate that he purchased a dental practice & after 2 months in his new office, he was challenged to take basic bite-wing x-rays. Dentists have been using bite-wings for decades - he should know how to do it!!!
He spent less than 15 minutes cleaning my teeth. There was no water to rinse and the teeth were not polished, so I left with my mouth feeling unclean.
