As a child, Dr. Patel's first visit to the dentist was extremely scary. The town he grew up in had one dentist whose chairside manners could have been better. This led Dr. Patel to not go to the dentist for his routine check-ups and to develop dental anxiety. During his years of practice, he has seen that many people have had similar experiences, which have led them to neglect their oral health. He strives to be a dentist that helps people overcome their dental anxiety and improve their dental hygiene. He has a passion for improving the oral health of his patients and enjoys dentistry because there is instant gratification in providing services such as getting people out of pain or helping them regain confidence by transforming their smiles. Dr. Patel is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest dental knowledge and techniques by taking continuing education courses. He has taken courses in clear aligner treatments such as Invisalign and Motto and hands-on surgical training on placing dental implants. Aside from dentistry, Dr. Patel also enjoys traveling and playing basketball in his free time. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati and is happy to serve patients from all walks of life.
