I was new to the area and went to Dr Singal for a dental emergency based on her great reviews. Me and my husband are both now going to her regularly. She and the staff are super professional, gentle and explain everything very well. Really happy with her and her staff overall, office is very clean and quick service.

Who knew that having a root canal could be a pleasant experience? Although I've only been to this office twice, I have nothing but glowing things to say about Dr. Singal and her staff. The receptionist is friendly and polite, the wait times that I've experienced are basically non-existent, and Dr. Singal is a rarity in healthcare: both extremely competent and extremely mindful of the patient's needs, anxieties, desire for information, etc. I don't think I've ever encountered a medical professional with such fantastic bedside manner before. She didn't pass judgment about some of my less-than-stellar lifestyle habits, opened herself up for questions about the procedure without my prompting, was very reassuring, and remembered my relevant medical history during my second visit. I would recommend Dr. Singal to anybody who's looking for a dentist. I honestly don't think it's possible to receive a higher standard of care.

I have seen Dr. Singal for over two years and have always had a great experience. Never a wait, even when I'm early for my appointment. She always considers my questions/concerns thoughtfully and gives great tips on keeping my dental health in check. The front office staff is also excellent. Each time I needed services beyond routine cleaning, someone explained my expected financial responsibility in detail, which I really really appreciate. Highly recommended!

Had some bad work done at another dentist and woke up in terrible pain. I immediately called Dr Singal's office to see if she could fit me in. I was in the chair and completely at ease within the hour. Dr Singal was gentle, informative, and most importantly she corrected the problem.
I had know I could count on them from attending their office with my boyfriend who had extensive work done including multiple root canals. They were extremely kind and professional. They don't take my insurance but the rate were very reasonable. They have completely raised my standards for what a dental office should be. Thanks guys! See you soon.

I have always been terrified of going to the dentist (bad childhood experience). I had moved and was looking for a dentist and I was looking for a dentist with lots of experience, a good staff and sensitive to patients needs. After a long process of researching for a dentist I decided on Dr Singal. They lived upto all my expectations. Dr Singal was very thorough in her exam and provided me with several helpful tips on how to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Ting, the hygienist did my cleaning and I was very happy. Modern office with a minimalist design, Charming Smile Dental is the most relaxing dentist that I've ever been to. One of the things I appreciate most is how organized this dental office is - they know exactly who I am, ask the right questions, and always check my insurance and inform me of my costs before the procedures. This gives me peace of mind and removes uncertainties about future bills in the mail. They always start my appointment in a timely manner and I have never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes - but then I have typically visited them during weekdays when I guess there is not much rush.
Dr Singal and her team are the most friendly people in a doctor/dentist office who I've ever met. They genuinely want to know you and care about your health. As for the actual check-up, they are as gentle as possible and they have given me the least painful cleanings. Highly recommended.

The BEST!
So glad I found Dr. Singal and Charming Smile Dental. Like most people, I don't like visiting the dentist as one of my favorite extracurricular activities, but it has to get done. Dr Singal and her wonderful staff made it actually PLEASANT experience to go for a cleaning and subsequent work. The office feels very welcoming - it's very high tech with TV's in every room and the latest in x-ray technology.
The hygienist was sweet and gentle and I got to watch Friends during the cleaning (don't judge!). I also got a filling and it was the quickest and painless filling I've ever had in my life, amazing! Every filling I have had at other dentists in the past (and believe, I have had a lot) have caused me pain - but no pain with her. She is skilled!
They made the billing process super easy - and actually my insurance ended up covering more than originally thought and so they processed a refund to my card.
I've since referred 2 friends to Dr Singal and they are very happy as well. I would hesitate to give Dr Singal my full recommendation!

I visited Dr Singal's office for the second time today and could not be happier. My boyfriend (who's very nervous of the dentist) has been seeing her for over two years and has been very happy so i figured that I'd be completely at home, seeing as i enjoy seeing the dentist, haha!
The last dentist I saw recommended that I have all of my wisdom teeth pulled because of a cavity in one--a procedure that I was reluctant to go for considering that a) the teeth are otherwise perfect and straight, b) it's painful, and c) it's expensive.
Dr Singal told me that she recommend just filling the cavity rather than removing all four teeth. I was extremely happy to hear that! Dr. Singal's office seems to be about actual prevention rather than just tacking on expensive services you don't need.
(Bonus points for super quick appointments and great availability. I'm going back next Monday to get the filling done!)

Place was well maintained and everything seemed fine till i saw the doctor, she was least concerned bout my ailment ( went there for throbbing pain of the molars on the left lower jaw teeth) we proceeded for an X-ray she was quick to recommend we do deep cleaning and she wasn't sure if that would really help, cleaning would
be done over a couple of sessions,
she said, i asked her when should we start this, she is like it should have been done 15 years ago, (not sure what that stupid sarcasm was supposed to mean) after this i was shown the door before another insurance guy came and gave me the rates, not much about what the diagnosis was, focus was only on the prognosis and all throughout Dr. Meetu Singal was in a hurry to get to the conclusion ( the procedures) she said nothing about the pain and since there was an infection as evident in the X-Rays which she took me through, not one word about taking an antibiotic for the time being with a pain killer ( thats generally what doctors with some empathy do) i am running short of words to describe her apathy about my discomfort. Thankfully i showed the X-rays to another dentist who immediately asked me to start with antibiotics and a visit pending to assess if i would need a root canal one of the infected tooth, my real issue with this lady is her lack of interest and treating me like a guy walking to a Saloon who was eventually handed out a rate card after inspecting the hair. I dont appreciate such commercialized approach when you are in health care, you are there to help people not just look for ways to grow your business.

Pathetic and disgusting attitude. I went there with the intent of getting the pain in my tooth fixed. Instead of addressing this issue, she hurriedly went about filling the cavity in my other teeth as I won't have any out of pocket expenses.
On my next visit to address the issue she said it would take two to three visits for root canal and crown placement. I wanted to know if the sessions can be scheduled on Friday as I have a day job. She kept cutting me off. I asked the manager about the breakdown of expenses so that I can run it by my wife. He was behaving as if I asked for some highly confidential information.
Their behavior was rude and demeaning.
Not worth your time and money. Look elsewhere.

Dr Singal is gentle, caring, and comforting. She is excellent and my teeth and filled and squeaky clean! Dr Singal takes the time to examine your teeth first, recommend some procedure (without pressuring you) and have her finance team check your insurance and go over the out-of-pocket details with you first before Dr Singal goes ahead to do the procedure - very transparent!

Not a big fan of dentists, to be honest, and I say this as a frequent flyer. I've been to several dentists and most of them treat you in very strange distant way, but Dr. Singhal has changed my opinions. She is kind, listens and cares. I went for a consultation after a mouth ulcer became infected. Turns out it was because my wisdom tooth had grown too long and was hitting my cheek lining. She took a camera inside and walked me through what was going on. Recommended wisdom tooth removal (which was a first for me), but she explained the process. The process, as painful as it usually is, was made better by the fact that she was very attuned to my responses. I had a bleed afterwards (my own fault), so I had to call her after hours line. The doctor drove 20 miles to reach her clinic at 9pm to see me! I've went for SRP & fillings since then and she is my go to person now. I would highly recommend her if you're looking for a new dentist.

The experience was not great especially for a first time visit. I felt like I was a daycare because of her taking of her child. The receptionist forced me into making another appt. which I cancelled later. I guess I wasn't the only one hesitate in making another appointment.
