Dr. Mehran Azar is on the cutting edge of dental healthcare and is experienced in all phases of general dentistry including cosmetic, restorative, and implant.
Dr. Azar received his Bachelors of Science in Biology with honors from the University of Miami and his D.D.S. from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery. He completed a General Practice Residency at Hackensack University Medical Center. Dr. Azar was a recipient of the Clark Foundation Scholarship, the Ash B. Merit Scholarship and numerous other honors during his education.
He was a consulting dentist for MetLife Insurance Company and in private practice in the New York area before joining Connecticut Dental Group. Dr. Azar has been with our group for more than nine years and he also has been a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association.
