This office knew nothing about my appointment. I was asked to come back at another time because there was no availability. I was told they had been with Zocdoc for only 2 weeks, but after seeing the receptionist, who said she was new but actually assumed the role of office manager (Shanala refused to restate her name), all while eating a chicken wing while attempting to verify my appointment, I knew from that point alone that I had no intention of ever coming back. The two dental hygienists looked on and were friendly, but they couldn't help with this botched appointment. I had a brief chat with the dentist, who explained she had been working with this platform for only 2 weeks. She did attempt to reschedule my appointment for the same day, but due to a scheduling conflict, I wasn't able to make it. The biggest regret is that no one took responsibility or apologized. I left the office feeling undervalued and disrespected, as this experience was a complete waste of time.
