I am so impressed with Dr. Donato and his staff that I drove to Staten Island from Brooklyn for my records appointment and iTero scan. And I would do it again! I feel like I've known them forever... You become family. I am excited for my Invisalign treatment: that's how amazing my experience is. I cannot recommend them enough.

My appointment at Dr. Donato's Brooklyn office was for an Invisalign consultation, and my experience was nothing but fantastic. Dr. Donato and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable (he is board certified). The atmosphere in the office is relaxing, yet very efficient and attentive. He asked me about my concerns, described in complete detail the options, and optimistically prescribed a treatment that was surprisingly easier and shorter than I expected. I was completely comfortable asking questions and sharing any of my concerns. My case is mild compared to others, but at 43 years old, orthodontic treatment Is a big decision and requires commitment. Now I am confident that for me it is no longer an if, but when I will do Invisalign, and I see no reason not to be treated by Dr. Donato.

Orthodontics is my passion on so many levels. Having the opportunity to transform an individual's smile is a special privilege. Watching a young person grow and mature to a young adult with a big beautiful smile is a treat I witness firsthand every day. Helping an adult who was self-conscious all of their life about his/her appearance, gradually become very confident and build self esteem with a new smile is equally rewarding.
I look forward to going to work every day. The mood in the office is always light, fun, and upbeat because of the very nature of orthodontics! Everyone is excited to see their progress from one visit to the next. The time we spend with patients and their families over a 2-5 year period is a bonding experience for us all.

The doctor was nice and knowledgeable. Nothing wrong with him. But, they made me fill the check in papers even if I did it on ZocDoc, and that took 15 minutes out of my appointment and made me late to my next one. If they do not want to use the zoczoc check in, they should just state that and save people time.
Also, this is for ZocDoc itself, the doctor was out of network. They aren't in any network at all. So, I do not understand how it showed up first on my research.
