“I came to Dr holland because she specializes in the hidden (lingual) braces that go behind the teeth. I have a high profile job and did not want anything visible on my teeth. She was very personable and thorough. I had several consultations with different providers before choosing her and she is the only one that took the time to look in my mouth, measure my teeth, and explain everything to me in detail. This attention to detail made me feel very confidant in choosing to start treatment with her and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! I had my braces removed last week and the results are incredible. Several people have stopped me and asked I when I had braces because the transformation is significant. Thank you for giving me the smile of my dreams!!”

About Dr. Holly Holland
Dr. Holland earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN, where she also served as Dentistry Dean. After completing dental school, she was accepted to Montefiore Medical Center in New York City for her General Practice Residency (GPR). Moving across the country to NYC was a dream come true for Dr. Holland, and she quickly fell in love with the city! Following her GPR, Dr. Holland continued her training at St. Barnabas Hospital, completing her residency in Orthodontics.
Throughout both her general practice and orthodontic residencies, Dr. Holland received extensive training in treating trauma-related injuries, serving on call in the emergency rooms of multiple hospitals over a four-year period. She enjoys treating patients using a variety of modalities, including braces, clear aligners, lingual (hidden) braces, and those requiring orthognathic (jaw) surgery.
Dr. Holland is committed to continuing education and is an active member of the New York Airway Study Club, as well as several local and national organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, Northeastern Society of Orthodontists, and the New York County Dental Society.
She also feels a deep sense of responsibility to her community and volunteers her time with local programs such as Mission of Mercy and Give Kids a Smile, which provide free dental treatment to children and families in need.
Outside the office, Dr. Holland loves staying active and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and Australian shepherd. She enjoys Pilates, running (she's a former track star), and traveling.

Dr Holland made my anxious oldest son feel so comfortable throughout all of his appointments. She was very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the treatment process. My younger son has just now started seeing her and we are confident the process will go as smoothly and be another success!

I was very hesitant about getting braces as an adult bc I didn't want look like brace face again. I also didn't trust myself to wear Invisalign 24/7.
Dr. Holland offered me the option of hidden lingual (backside of your teeth) braces and I'm so glad she did! I didn't know this was a thing!? The treatment was such a breeze and I'm so happy with my smile.
She is so kind, informative and answered all of my questions (there were a lot, bless her heart). I 10/10 recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Dr Holland did my Invisalign treatment as an adult and the process was exceptional from start to finish. At the consultation she truly listened to my concerns and explained everything to expect with my treatment in detail. Over the course of my 2 year treatment with her, I never felt rushed through appointments and appreciated her attention to detail and friendly personality. You can tell that she truly cares not only about her work, but also about her patients. I would recommend her to anyone interested in orthodontic treatment that wants excellent results.
