I've been a patient of Dr. Murphy for several years & wouldn't be if he weren't excellent. I highly recommend him & his staff to people I know. Sometimes I'm seen right away & there are times it's alittle longer but never been a very long wait. In fact I was seen right away earlier this week when I had an issue & everything was taken care of very professionally & pleasant!

It was a long wait though I did get lots of apologies. Every one seemed professional and open minded. For the impression I had over the phone. .. the "treatment plan" was pricey for what I expected in this area compared to cost of living. I never thought I would be looking at dental schools but...I don't know.

His hobbies include camping, boating, fly fishing, snowboarding, and hanging out with his family. Dr. Murphy is honored to help out different foundations such as Foothills Gateway, Fossil Ridge High School football team, Rocky Mountain Cheerleading, and Fort Collins High School Baseball Team. I've been pleased with Dr. Murphy and his support staff. My only complaint is he has had to cancel two of my recent appointments for undisclosed reasons and it's required that I go back for separate appointments after my cleanings. I live about 20 minutes from his office, so that has been frustrating.

3M supplies a defective adhesive that was used for a crown. Doctor Murphy is addressing the situation(s) this has created with his patients at his own time & expense. Kudos to Doctor Murphy and his staff.

Dr.Murphy did a fantastic job on my root canal. I didn't feel a thing and it was a quick procedure. Also his hygienist Stephanie is super careful with sensitive teeth she tries to help out a lot so it doesn't hurt.

Dr Murphy & his staff are very professional and friendly. The dental care I've received has always been excellent. The one recurring negative experience I've had there is the conversation "in the chair." Dr Murphy seems to have a very congenial relationship with his staff, which is great. However, he and his assistants carry on personal conversations "over" you the entire time. It feels as though you're just a set of teeth, not a person. I have not experienced this in any other dental offices. It may seem like a small thing, but it always impacts my experience there. Of course the patient can't say much but one likes to think the dentist is focused on your care.
