Very good experience. The wait was short compared to most places and after 4 visits & a horrible job at a different dental office within 2 months, Dr Wurbal was able to help me and even fix their horrible job in one visit. I will recommend him & Dental Magic to others.

He was very nice but unwilling to do a filling and a crown that the receptionist said would be covered by medicade. They basically lied to me to get me in for and exam . I said I did not want to xrays because I brought my own which they reviewed.They basically forced me to do them at the end thinking he was going to do the work. They then said go to UIC. Don't go there for adult medicaide. It will only cover an exam. They will lie to you on the phone.

I made mine & my husbands appointment together online. Less than 1 minute after I did, I received a phone call from their office. I felt comfortable immediately. The girl who made the appointment was so very nice & accommodating. When we arrived to the office we then discovered how wonderful the entire staff was. Everybody we both came in contact with today is highly recommended.

As soon as I got to the office I was welcomed and felt like they wanted to make me feel right at home. The atmosphere is great, workers are extremely friendly and helpful. They all take the time to explain everything to you until you are satisfied and understand what you are being explained. They really take their time to explain everything. Dr. Wurbel is very friendly and relaxed, makes you feel very comfortable, and always wants to make sure that if you have questions or concerns about anything that you ask. For someone like me whom had put going to the dentist for 20 something years, I was nervous at first and by the time that I saw Dr. Wurbel, I was amazingly calm and relaxed, which surprised me a whole lot.

This is a great place that is full of great deals, especially if you need a lot of work done. He is really nice and his staff is great. He saw both me and my 19 month old little girl. He and his staff devised a plan of action and a payment plan as well. I am sensitive about my teeth and he and his staff were very aware of this and very kind. There wasn't any wait either. I highly recommend he his practice. I couldn't have asked for a better DMD.

To begin with Mr. Michael Wurbel staff was professional as well as very informative, (Lisa)primarily. I did not wait long with my daughter and everything seem to be on a timely basis. As for the services provided, Mr. Wurbel has an awareness of his patients needs and consults the necessity what needs to be done to prevent further complications.
