Dr. Lee is an incredibly kind and thoughtful provider, however, over the four visits I have had at the Sage Dental clinic, I STILL have pain on 2/3 of the crowns she placed. Her bedside manner is impeccable, but I truly believe the clinic setup is not conducive for high-quality work. It seems as if these dentists are not provided with enough time to actually provide the intricate care needed for complex dental issues or procedures. The entire clinic contains a constant influx of patients with the dentists running from one room to the next without being allowed enough time to actually do their job. One of my visits literally involved me being stuck in the clinic for 2 hours because she had several emergency visits that required her to stop and go while helping me and the other patients. My critique is directed more towards their business model as opposed to Dr. Lee. I believe with the right time/resources, her services would have been beneficial, but I would NOT recommend Sage Dental.

Hygienist and staff were friendly yet folly and unprofessional.
Starting with the random charge for a preventative service thats covered 100%.
Then only providing the X-ray imaging, a half completed examination and a 30 second conversation with the dentist.
I came in for the 6month cleaning and didn’t get the cleaning!
Staff vigorously pressures expensive procedures same day, offering payment plans and credit WITHOUT completing what was paid for.
I would not have this group doing anything serious in my mouth.
Then when I requested the imaging, I didn’t receive them.
The company prioritizes getting big bucks without providing quality. If you have money, time and teeth to waste please contact this crew.

They will not do a routine cleaning on the first visit; you have to have X-rays done and book another appointment for a cleaning. The overall atmosphere of the office was unpleasant- the floors and walls are scuffed, it’s dusty, there is trash on the floors. The hygienist who tried to take my x-rays smelled heavily of cigarettes. I walked out of the appointment without being seen because it did not feel sanitary.

Staff was friendly. Head doctor made a mistake and stuck the numbing needle through my lip. Went back twice due to temporary crown falling out before I even made it home from the dentist which is 28 minutes from my house. Didn’t bother going back a third time because traffic is insane turns my trip to an hour coming and going. Hope the permanent crown will stay on with no issues.

Dr. Lee is the best dentist I've ever been to! She was clear in her communication about what to do with my tooth situation and immediately came up with a plan to fix it. I highly recommend her, you will not find someone better or more kind!

From the front staff to the back staff every thing went well. Better than I thought it would go. Dr Lee exceeded my expectations. I got fillings done and her chair side manners were so gentle, she cared for me like a baby. She talked to me during the process and had me doing breathing exercises to keep me calm. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Her assistants were great too they work well as a team. I would definitely return and recommend all my friends and family to see Dr. Lee and the staff at Sage Dental.
