Excellent Service, Caring, Fair price.
The office is not very high tech office with bunch of show off overhead ( like they do not have head rests with earphones or "IPHONE INTEGRATED" chairs to hook up your iphones, or they do not offer you an IPAD to play with while you are waiting for your x-rays, and on the other hand pull their prices up, but this office is equipped with latest technology in Dentistry as far as it was related to my case. I went to this big chain dental clinic down the street from American Dental, and they had to refer me out for a panoramic x-ray that i had to pay $130.00 for, but american dental did it for free. NO CHARGE, since i did not have a dental insurance. I tell you If you don't have a dental insurance, This place is for you. They did not charge me a penny for an xray, panoramic xray, or consultation with the Dr. Once i walked in, the nice front desk girl welcomed me with my first name just like she knew me before, and handed me 3 forms to fill out, not like others who hand you a booklet to sign. right after i handed the forms back she took me strait to my dental chair. Another assistant came in and took a bunch of Xrays from me. and then i had to wait about 15 minutes for my xrays to get ready. then the same girl came in and told me the Doctor needs a panoramic xray, and took me to the x-ray machine. then i had to wait a little for that xray to get ready, then the Doctor came in. She is so lovely and kind, you feel like she is your own sister, she talked to me for a good 15-20 minutes, and explained where my pain comes from. She recommended for me to take out all 4 of my wisdom teeth, and explained the reason of why i have to take all 4 of them out. I had a what they called impacted tooth in each side of my mouth and one of them teeth were giving me pain. she told me the reason to why i have to take them 2 out and because of the 2 teeth i had to take the other 2 wisdom teeth out. anyways long story short, She ended up pulling all four of my wisdom teeth out which 2 of them where surgical at the same day for a very discounted price that they had on their advertises. once i decided to go with the plan, then i went up to the counter paid for the service, signed couple of papers and went back to the chair, from the time she started the procedure till she finished, it took 40 minutes, that is including the time they had to wait for me to get numbed, and blood pressure taking time, and the time that took them to hook me up to the life monitoring machine. she is amazingly fast and gentle. I swear, besides a little pressure and the sting of the first shot, I did not feel a bit of pain while she was operating on me. she explained step by step of what she was doing. she even offered me a live view of the procedure if i wanted to watch what she was doing, but i was better off not seeing that. she pulled all four teeth out in no time stitched me up, gave me the teeth in an alcohol bottle, explained to me what to do within next 2 days, and i was out of the office.
I recommend American Dental to everybody, specially to those who dont have insurance and do not like to get ripped off by those big chain dental clinics. Check them out, you wont be sorry.

Highly professional staff. The Dr. was to this date the nicest Dentist I have ever had.
Their prices are Fare, there are no hidden fees, and they explain every step one by one. The payments are collected up front though! The office is a pretty decent office, Up to date and clean. not too many fancy shpancy stuff to pull up the over head and their prices! pretty high tech. She was very gentle! I had 2 extractions and One implant done all yesterday. the whole procedure took about 3 hours. did not feel pain other than for the first shot she gave me. After that, I was fully awake and did not feel a bit of pain! she explained every single thing she was doing. The Procedures were done fast, clean and with utmost care and profession. WITHOUT A DOUBT SHE IS THE MASTER IN HER WORK.
I did not experience any major trauma or bedrest after my surgery! Half of day and rest at home and I was up and back to work the day after.
My implant is perfect and I am very happy that I’ve got it. it feels just like my own tooth, no pain or swelling what so ever! Fortunately, I did not experience any problems during any of the procedures, and everything was as I was explained by Dr. Haghiri, and her staff.
ANYONE OUT THERE LOOKING FOR A GOOD DENTAL SURGEON TO DO IMPLANTS, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. HAGHIRI. HER PRICES ARE NOT CHEAP, BUT FOR SURE ARE FAIR AND WELL WORTH THE SERVICE YOU WILL GET.

I moved from Plano & decided to find a dentist closer and found Mina online. Her office was in my neighborhood and thought it would be convenient but was mistaken. I was due for my 6 month check-up so I thought I would get my teeth whitened afterwards and upon making my appointment told the receptionist this & put it on my online forms. I wasn't seen on my 1st appointment because my dental insurance provider changed (even though my card was current & could have been verified by calling main insurance #). I was seen for teeth cleaning and soon realized that the back was just as outdated & dirty as the waiting room. Plus I know all the words to the movie "Liar, Liar" with Jim Carrey because it was on every time I was in. Once in the chair I was soon wondering if I went to the car wash or dentist. The tech had to fix the water irrigater beforehand because it wasn't working but I'm not sure if she fixed it or just jacked up the pressure. I was soaked by the time I left on top of having a instrument dropped on my eye. The dentist & staff were completely unprofessional & should not have been discussing their personal life "the whole time" over my open mouth. It was also extremely odd that every time the staff would address or ask the dentist a question they would call her "Doctor". She should be more focused on the sanitation of her office rather than trying to feel superior to her staff. Ok her comes the second visit a week later for a filing. My appointment was at noon & I arrived at 11:45 but was not escorted back until 12:30 & I was the only patient there. Yet again another broke instrument! I had to be moved to another chair after being prepped and shot up because the light wasn't working. I was doused again with water like I was being baptized & a different tech dropped a instrument on my forehead. The same unprofessional conversation persisted and the dentist was even verbally telling the techs she wasn't going to miss lunch as the tech in the back kept announcing the time like a parrot. "Doctor its 1... Doctor its 1:15...". The dentist kept discussing other patients with another tech that was standing somewhere behind me and told the tech to tell one of the new patients that was coming in that new patients get a free teeth whitening with 1st new patient visit. WHAT!!!!! I was very clear on my 1st visit why I came in. TO GET MY TEETH CLEANED BECAUSE I WANTED TO GET THEM WHITENED! She even told me it was better to get them whitened first if I wanted the white filing to match my teeth color. After filings were complete she held true to her saying she wouldn't miss lunch because she just got up and left. No goodbye or thank you for your patronage. The receptionist was really sweet I have to admit but she could have easily acquired my insurance with the forms I filled out previous to my 1st appointment online instead of having to reschedule another appointment and me change my schedule around again. I just received a bill stating that I owe her more money after paying my annual deductible and my portion for my filings. Beware also that she DOES NOT look like her picture. So in light of this whole experience I now read reviews for everything from vacuum belts to underwear. Kudos to those that do the same and hold professionals responsible who take are hard earned money and give us ill service in return.

I went in with terrible pain and fear of the Dentist, due to all the horrible experiences I had in the past. Well I walk in and immediately the receptionist has a welcoming demeanor. I go back in a timely manner and Xrays are taken. Dr. Haghiri then comes in and explains treatment. She was so kind and explained treatment in layman's terms to be sure I understood it all. So I decided to go ahead with treatment being extractions, bone graft, and implant. She was very gentle when doing treatment. So I highly recommend her to all of you reading this. She has now become our family dentist. Thank You Dr. Haghiri and your wonderful staff. I will be seeing you soon.
